César Enrique of Valencia, Venezuela, is a lawyer graduated from the Universiadad Católica del Táchira, post graduated in Corporative Legal Management from the Universidad Metropolitana, Specialized in Procedural Labor Law from the Universidad Arturo Michelena (number 1 in his class), Specialization in Labor Law from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He participated in Cambridge International Consulting Program of Negotiation and Persuasion in the University of Harvard, Massachusetts, United States, 2012. Cesar is the author of “The Economic Consequences of the Work Contract” (Las consecuencias económicas del contrato de trabajo), as well as the author of recognized articles, opinions and scientific research works.
He is a Partner of LANDAEZ, belonging to the Department of Labor Affairs of the institution, and with 14 years of experience in litigation, consulting and advising the business sector in the field of Labor Law and Social Security. He has experience in the individual and collective work area, and in the resolution and representation of administrative and judicial conflicts.
He has also participated in numerous discussions of Collective Agreements, and in technical workshops for the resolution of collective conflicts. He has participated in the establishment of scope for the formulation of parameters of payroll systems for companies, as well as in the study of project costs of Collective Agreements. Additionally, he has served as legal auditor of different companies in the country in terms of work and social security and he has also participated in innumerable developments of commercial contracts, national and international, as well as in advising the business sector on regulatory aspects, both nationally and internationally.He is an honorary member of the Industrial Relations Group of the Carabobo state, standing out in his contribution with the update on labor matters; former Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Association of Executives of the state of Carabobo; Former Chairman of the HR Committee Central Region of VENAMCHAM
