Born in Valencia, Carabobo, she began her career at LANDÁEZ in 2007, working as a Legal Assistant while being at law school. In 2011, she graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Carabobo, occupying the ninth place in her Promotion, composed of 431 students and becoming a Lawyer at the Firm, starting as a Junior Attorney, passing to Semi Senior Lawyer and senior lawyer, after which she became a Partner at the beginning of the year 2018.

Liliana has been characterized by her performance and contribution to the academic area, wagering on the professional growth of the population, for which she has been a Contracted Professor of the Chair of Commercial Law I of the School of Law of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Carabobo; Contracted as a Professor of the Administrative Law II of the Law School of the José Antonio Páez University (UJAP); Contracted as a Professor for the Labor Administrative Procedures module in the Diploma of Procedural Labor Law of the José Antonio Páez University (UJAP); and as a lecturer on current legal-labor issues.

Liliana has been the Director of the Foundation of Education Industry (FUNDEI) of Carabobo State since 2016, contributing with the development of professionals in different areas and thus with the evolution of the Industrial Zone of Valencia and especially with the growth of private enterprises in the State of Carabobo and in the country.
