Mariana Patricia, a native of Barquisimeto, Lara State, settled in Valencia, Carabobo State since 2006 for the purpose of developing her law studies at the University of Carabobo where she graduated in 2011 with the title of Lawyer, reaching the position No. 10 of 431 students,   and later to establish herself definitively in the city of Valencia, studying Postgraduate studies in Procedural Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University, and Constitutional Law at the Arturo Michelena University.

fter years of service for the Judiciary, as a judicial assistant and secretary in the Fifth Court of the Municipalities of Valencia, Libertador, Los Guayos, Naguanagua and San Diego, and in the First Court of First Instance in Civil, Commercial and Banking of the Carabobo State Judicial District, she entered LANDÁEZ as a Junior Lawyer in the Department of Labor Affairs, specializing in the area of litigation, being currently a Semi – Senior Lawyer of the Department of Labor Affairs, handling litigious and consulting matters, with trial experience for labor benefits, labor misfortunes, and especially, with high experience in drafting administrative and judicial resources, ordinary  and extraordinary and constitutional reviews.

During her stay in Valencia, Mariana has served as Professor of the Constitutional Jurisdiction syllabus at the José Antonio Páez University (UJAP).
